Meet The Team

Although born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, Darryl is currently a long-time resident of Canton, Michigan. Darryl is a Cleveland Heights High School graduate and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (Sociology) from the University of Cincinnati. A former Division 1 athlete, Darryl has always had a passion for competition, teamwork, collaboration, and the development of others. While Darryl began his professional career in Public Health and Social Work, he has spent the past 23 years in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical industry as an accomplished sales leader.

You will likely find Darryl sitting at the piano, working through his favorite R&B and gospel songs when away from the day-to-day business. The weekends he reserves for supporting his two daughters, who are NCAA Division 1 athletes competing in Track and Field just like their dad. Darryl describes his day-to-day attire and style growing up as traditional and a bit mundane. As a result, he promised himself to always be detailed, on edge, and the best-dressed man in the room as an adult. Gaining much appreciation for fashion, he refuses to wear anything easy for anyone to put together, thereby leaving him with a feeling of uniqueness.
